Complaints
The vast majority of complaints regarding the daily operations of the school will be appropriately handled through mutual consultation between parents, students, staff, and school management. However, if this is not possible due to the nature of the complaints, or if the resolution is not satisfactory, one can appeal to the complaints policy of Esprit Scholen.
A complaint can be submitted by a parent of a student, a student, or an employee of Esprit Scholen.
If you, whether as a parent, student, or staff member of Esprit Scholen, still feel the need for your complaint to be evaluated by an independent body after the internal resolution process, you can contact the Foundation for Educational Disputes. This can be done in writing or by email.
