Social pedagogical climate
A good pedagogical climate is considered a prerequisite for learning.
We implement a set of standard school rules that apply everywhere and at all times. These rules are included in the class folders and the school guide. Parents have been informed about them.
We have introduced PBS (Positive Behavior Support) to encourage desired behavior and to create a pleasant and safe pedagogical climate.
We maintain an incident recording system and a step-by-step plan for physical or behavioral incidents. Reducing student absenteeism, particularly tardiness, is addressed strictly. We now work with separate protocols that outline the steps for action in situations that affect the social pedagogical climate. An example of this is the anti-bullying protocol. This school year, an updated school safety plan will be prepared that brings together all these documents. This will be created for all primary schools of Esprit.
