Code of conduct
On the Europaschool, we believe it is important to provide a safe and respectful environment for both students and parents. This means that, alongside our focus on social-emotional well-being, we also establish clear agreements about the interactions between parents, children, and the school.
Our code of conduct is aimed at creating harmonious and constructive contact among all parties involved, so that conflicts and misunderstandings can be addressed in a careful manner. The core values that stand central to this are mutual respect, open communication, and responsibility.
In our code of conduct, we have established clear agreements on how we handle various situations, from daily interactions to specific matters such as communication during illness, parent meetings, and agreements concerning the upbringing and guidance of the children. We strive for a positive collaboration where all parties feel heard.
If unexpected problems arise, we follow a step-by-step plan that allows us to effectively address the issue in consultation with all involved parties and work towards a solution.
